This is not a new application of Lean, just a more refined approach. While others explain Lean as a speed strategy, our understanding of Lean incorporates a target focus. While achieving the target, we establish a synchronized value stream.

• Synchronized – all aspects of the value chain are operating at the same rate.

• Velocity – The rate of change of an object with respect to a target. (An organization’s speed and direction of improvement)

Our target is customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers. In order to achieve our target, we will synchronize your value streams, from order receipt to scheduling to purchasing to material movement throughout the value stream, to logistics of both incoming raw material and outgoing finished goods.
